Dronetech uses Facebook Similar Audiences.
Facebook Similar Audiences use information collected by Facebook Pixels to identify commonalities among the Users comprising this audience (e.g., interests in a specific Dronetech service).
Through this tool, Facebook then serves Dronetech's ads to an audience composed of people considered "similar" to the Users concerned.
